Privacy Policy

A11yAgen ("we", "us") is a WordPress accessibility scanning and AI-fix service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We aim to keep this short and honest.

What we collect

• Waitlist email. If you sign up for the waitlist, we store the email address you give us along with the date and the page you signed up from.
• Account & site data (after launch). When the product is live, we will store your account email, the WordPress site you connect, and a license key tied to that site.
• Scan data (after launch). When you run a scan, we receive the URLs we scanned, the HTML snippets of failing elements, and the rule results. We need this to generate fixes and reports.
• Billing data (after launch). If you subscribe, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider acting as our Merchant of Record. We never see your card number — only the subscription status the provider sends back.
• Server logs. Standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp, path) for security and debugging. Rotated regularly.

What we don't collect

• We don't run third-party analytics, ad trackers, or session replay on this site.
• We don't sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers. Ever.
• We don't store your WordPress admin password or content beyond what's needed to scan and fix.

How we use it

• To email you when A11yAgen launches (waitlist).
• To run scans, generate fix suggestions, and show you reports (after launch).
• To process subscriptions and send service notifications (after launch).
• To diagnose bugs, prevent abuse, and keep the service running.

Who we share with

We rely on a small number of subprocessors to run the service:

• Anthropic — AI model provider for fix generation.
• Turso — managed libSQL database.
• Google Cloud Run — backend hosting.
• Our third-party payment provider (Merchant of Record) — payment processing (after launch).

Each is bound by their own terms and used only to deliver the service. We don't share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist emails: until you ask us to remove them, or until launch + 90 days if you never activate.
• Account & scan data: for as long as your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
• Billing records: kept as required by tax law (typically 7 years).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. If you're in the EU, UK, California, or another region with data protection laws, those rights apply to you in full. Email us and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Cookies

This marketing site uses no tracking cookies. The product (after launch) uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in — that's it.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll update the date above and email anyone with an active account or waitlist signup.
