Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for A11yAgen subscriptions. We aim to keep it short and fair.
Free tier
The free scan tier is free to use. There is nothing to refund.
Monthly subscriptions (Pro and Agency plans)
You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops all future billing, and you keep access through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans include a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase or renewal. Request a refund within 14 days and we'll refund the full annual payment. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent the next renewal.
Fixes you've already approved
Accessibility fixes you have reviewed, approved, and applied to your site content remain yours regardless of cancellation or refund — they are part of your site's content.
How to request a refund
Email aditya@a11yagen.com from your account email address. Refunds are handled through our third-party payment provider and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
